Spiced beef jerky
Our markets and supermarkets basically sell buffalo beef. I always feel that it is not as good as beef beef in terms of taste and taste. Tong Dad's colleague introduced a specialty store selling halal beef. Since it is a wholesale store, we bought more than 6 kilograms at a time. I divided them into several pieces and frozen them and ate them slowly. It was a last-minute decision to make this beef jerky today. I originally planned to stewing beef, but I temporarily changed it to beef jerky. If it tastes really good, you can serve it as a cold dish and add it to wine. It can also be used as a small snack for going out. The taste I made was sweet, and our family ate it as snacks. Since Tong Tong and Tong Dad couldn't eat peppers, I made Wuxiang ones. Everyone can also make spicy ones or curried ones, which are good.
