A very simple and very delicious soup. I used chopped scallops from my aunt, which I usually used to fried rice.
The bones used in it are hard bones that I picked out from the ribs. There is not much meat, so the soup is not oily. In addition, with the scallops, the soup water is even fresh, and there is no need to add too much seasonings.
