Braised potatoes with meat paste
By JocelynCole
In order to enrich the nutrients, I added some meat to the potatoes. I found that the small potatoes were very dirty without peeling them, so I peeled them and cut them into small pieces. After frying them until brown, I added the sauce. The potato skin is very fragrant and has a sauce flavor, which is very good ~

Adding a little green pepper makes the taste a little more refreshing. I found that cutting the meat into small dices has a better taste than chopping it into minced meat. If you like the potatoes to have a more crisp taste, you can fry it for a longer time and it will be more fragrant.
