Steps for Rice dumplings with fragrant yellow rice meat

Soak the dried zongzi leaves overnight, wash them several times after soaking, boil the zongzi leaves with boiling water in the pot for 5 minutes to disinfect and sterilize, remove them and let them cool naturally. Soak the yellow rice overnight, wash and drain after soaking. Soak the cowpeas overnight in advance, and the longer the time, the better, the soft and rotten cowpeas can taste delicious. Soak raisins in cold water for 5 minutes.

Cut the pork into small pieces, pour it into a clean bowl, add light soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, 13 spices, pepper powder, and stir.

Add green onions and ginger and marinate for at least four hours. I marinate it all night and it tastes very delicious.
