Doujiao noodles
By JeremyWard
A pasta I have loved very much since I was a child. Some places are called braised noodles, and the ingredients are also different. Long beans are okay, flat beans are okay, bacon is okay, pork belly is okay, and eggs are okay for those who don't like meat.
Recipe Recommendations
- wet noodle 8 two
- pork belly 2 two
- beans half a catty
- soy sauce appropriate amount
- pepper appropriate amount
- geranyl 1 tablet

- salt appropriate amount
Steps for Doujiao noodles

1
Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat it until 40% hot. Add the pork belly and place it in the pan and stir fry to remove the oil.
2
Add soy sauce, pepper, salt leaf, and star anise, pour into 3 bowls of water, then cover and simmer over medium heat until the soup boils, then beat to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3
Then pour the soup into a soup bowl and set aside.
4
Spread the beans evenly on the bottom of the pot.
5
Then spread a layer of noodles and pour on it with a layer of freshly poured soup. Spread another layer of noodles and pour on it with a layer of soup until the noodles are spread and the soup is basically exhausted.
6
Cover the lid and simmer slowly over low heat until the water in the pan is almost dry. Finally, use chopsticks to mix the noodles and beans well.
