Prepared ingredients.

Cut the fish into slices.

Fish slices are marinated with salt, cooking wine and egg white.

Cut the preserved egg into pieces.

Cut the parsley and ginger for later use.

Saute the ginger slices with a little oil until fragrant, add water and boil to slightly boil the prepared fish slices.
