Steps for Stewed vermicelli with eggplant

Wash the eggplant and slice it for later use.

Wash the vermicelli and soak until soft.

Without putting oil in the pan, heat the pan, add the eggplant, and stir-fry until soft.

Saute the eggplant until soft.

Push the fried eggplant aside, add a piece of meat oil to melt, and add the ginger slices and green peppers.

Stir fry the eggplant and green pepper well, add the vermicelli, and add half a bowl of water.
