Stewed pork ribs with black bean sauce
By EloyGerlach
This dish was originally intended to be steamed in a steamer after it was marinated, but the stove at home was occupied and we were in a hurry to eat, so we put it in the microwave and made ribs similar to grilled. The prepared ribs are slightly chewy compared to the steamed ones, and the soup is evaporated to dryness. It is quite refreshing and does not touch your hands when you eat them. The flavors of fermented bean and oyster sauce have completely penetrated into the ribs, making them salty and delicious.
