I saw Dengying Bean Skin once in a recipe book. I didn't find the steps online, so I made it based on memory. It was super spicy, but it was nothing to people who could already eat spicy food. Anyway, I basically didn't eat it.

Boil the tofu skin with boiling water.

Put cold water in it too cold.

Cut into large slices and dry.

Shred ginger and cut pepper into sections.

Heat the pan with oil and fry the tofu skin.

Fry until golden brown, remove and set aside.

Put the oil in a wok, add the pepper, shredded ginger and sesame sauce.
