    Wash the dried seaweed with clean water and soak it until soft (preferably soak it for 6-12 hours), shred it for about 1CM,(or buy seaweed knots soaked outside), and cut the wax gourd into large pieces with the skin.

    Put the chopped seaweed, ribs, wax gourd, and ginger slices into the pan, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat for 15 minutes, and simmer for another hour with slow fire.
