I often eat shredded fungus and shredded pork, but rarely eat sliced fungus. This time, it was mainly because there were only some slices of meat left at home, so I made do with a dish.

Steps for Meat slices of fungus

Shred green onions and ginger for later use, shredded green peppers, sliced meat, marinated with cooking wine, soy sauce, and cornflour for 10 minutes.

Soak the fungus, tear it into small flowers, drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the pork slices, stir fry and change color, and put on standby.

Pour oil into a hot pan and saute chives and ginger.

Pour in green peppers and stir fry for half a minute.

Pour in the fungus and stir fry. Be careful that the fungus will fry because there is water in it. Be careful.

Stir fry for 2-3 minutes and then add the meat slices.

Stir the meat slices evenly, add a small amount of salt and cumin powder.
