stir-fried alfalfa with garlic
By MavisDoyle
A friend called and had gone to pick alfalfa and wanted to send me some. I saw the grass seed leaves that could be seen everywhere when I was a child, but when I looked carefully, they didn't look very similar. All branches must have three leaves, some round ones and pointed ones. The leaves look like jagged ones, and the color looks very good. I still like to eat wild vegetables.

Steps for stir-fried alfalfa with garlic

1
Because my friend picked it very tender, I washed it directly and soaked it in water. (If it is not very tender, only take the leaves)
2
Go through the water.
3
Drain excess water.
4
Chop.
5
Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, add garlic to add fragrance, add pepper, add chopped alfalfa, add salt, and stir-fry the chicken essence for a while. Pour in the right amount of pepper oil.
6
Loading the plate. The taste has a unique fragrance and tastes good in the mouth.
