Cut the chicken gizzard into thin slices, cut the red peppers into slices, cut the garlic moss into small pieces, chop the pickled peppers, cut the green onions into sections, shredded ginger, and chopped garlic into powder.2
After adding vegetable oil to boil, put the chicken gizzards into an oil pan and stir-fry, add a few drops of white wine, stir-fry until 7 points cooked, and serve on a plate for later use.3
Bring the oil after frying the chicken gizzard to a boil, add pickled pepper, shredded ginger, and minced garlic in the oil, add the chopped red pepper and garlic moss and stir fry. After the garlic moss and red pepper are soft, add the prepared chicken gizzard into the pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, and finally add a little salt and onion to serve up the pan.
