Steps for Braised pork with potato

Wash the pan, add oil to heat, then add sugar to fry the sugar color over low heat.

Add pork belly and evenly wrap it in sugar color.

Add soy sauce, ginger slices, and star anise and stir well. Add appropriate amount of hot water (preferably to drown the ingredients) and start braising.

When simmer until 80% cooked, add potatoes and continue simmer.

Until the potatoes and pork belly are soft and tender, and season with salt when the soup is thick.
