Chop the cavity bones into pieces and wash them. Corn, carrots, green bamboo shoots and water chestnuts are peeled, washed and cut into slices. Wash and slice the ginger.2
Pour clear water into the pot, heat it to boiling over high heat, add in the bone and blanch it for 3 minutes, remove it and rinse off the floating foam on the surface with clear water.3
