    ◎ Don't use soy sauce when mixing meat filling, just use soy sauce, so that the rice will be white when steamed. When I put soy sauce, I didn't think it would be better to add mushrooms and carrots to the meat filling. I don't have them at home, and I couldn't be bothered to buy them.◎ Adding 1 egg white will taste better, because adding egg yolks will be wasted and put them in together. Adding egg yolks will make it a little hard.
