Steps for Sesame cabbage

Wash the cabbage and cut it into small pieces.

Wash the sesame seeds thoroughly and place them in a pan and slowly fry over low heat until the sesame seeds are fragrant. Remove, let cool, and roll into powder. (I used what was left over from the last time I made quail eggs)

Add oil to the wok and heat it up, add cabbage and stir-fry for a while.

Add salt and stir-fry over high heat until the cabbage is ripe and soft.

Add chicken essence and stir well.

Remove from the pan and place on a plate, sprinkle with sesame crumbs and mix well.
