Steps for Moo Shu Pork

Cut the pork into thin strips first.

Add cooking wine and starch to the shredded pork and grasp well, knock the eggs into a bowl and stir well.

Put the oil in the pan, add the egg liquid, stir fry, and set aside.

Leave the oil in the pan, add the shredded pork and stir-fry.

Stir fry until the shredded pork changes color, add green onions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry.

Pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, and white sugar and stir fry.

Add the fungus and stir fry.

Add the cucumber and stir fry.

Add eggs and salt and stir fry a few times.

Add MSG and sesame oil to taste before taking out of the pan.
