LG didn't come back for dinner at night. He was alone at home. He just ate something casually. He rummaged through the refrigerator. There were eggs, tomatoes, and some cold rice. He made this tomato egg fried rice.

Steps for Tomato and egg fried rice

Ingredients: 1 tomato, 1 egg, 1 bowl of rice.

Wash the tomatoes and dice them, beat the eggs into a bowl, add a small amount of salt and mix well.

Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, add the eggs and stir fry.

Add the tomatoes, stir-fry until done, add a small amount of salt and stir well.

Add the rice and stir-fry together, remove from the pan and place into a plate.

Serve it with a small plate of kimchi for a simple dinner.
