Pan-fried steamed buns with leek

Pan-fried steamed buns with leek
Chop pork into meat filling, add shredded ginger and chopped shallot, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper, and mix well. For better taste, I added an egg white and a proper amount of raw flour to make it more tender. Stir evenly in one direction ~~~
Wash the leeks, chop them up, mix them into the meat filling, and add a small amount of salad oil to prevent the water from flowing out of the vegetables. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
The next step is to make Xiaolongbao ~~ I made 50+ in one go... I am exhausted ~~
I put it in the refrigerator and freeze it if I can't eat it. When I eat it, I can just steam it through water or fry it in a pan ~~~
Hehe, it tastes very fragrant leek. I love Xiaolongbao stuffed with leek ~~O(④_④)O haha ~
