Ingredients: salt,mung bean,flour,water
Steps for Green bean face chess

Wash the green beans first.

Add water to the pan, add green beans, bring to boil for 20 minutes.

Mix the flour with water to form a slightly hard dough and soak for 20 minutes

Knead the dough evenly and sprinkle with flour.

Roll it into a big pancake.

Fold it up.

First cut with a vertical knife.

Then cut with an oblique knife.

Shake the dough with your hands.

See mung beans blooming.

Add the noodles and add salt.

Open the pot and noodles and the chess pieces float up and are cooked immediately.

Pour into a bowl and serve.

Serve with Chinese toon sprouts and carrot pickles. It smells so good.
