Stuffed peppers and fried tomato boxes
By ReneeSchmidt
A few days ago, my husband had time to soften and soak during the day, so he had to buy a stove. He was married for more than half a year. Because we never worked early and left late, we ate at home without serious. When we were hungry, we could only cook instant noodles to taste the taste of home. Now that my family is a slow-selling type and only one pan can be used, so I chose to fry it. Today, I made stuffed peppers, which I love, and fried jackets, which my husband loves. They used to be ready-made. Today, I made it myself and got home at 8:30 to eat at 10:10. Although it was not good, it tasted good. The only thing was that it was a little salty. Haha, but it did not affect my appetite. Let's not talk about it. Serve it for the first time. I hope everyone will forgive me.

Steps for Stuffed peppers and fried tomato boxes

1
Prepare the ingredients with meat filling, pepper, eggplant and spring onions.
2
Stir with meat filling, green onion, chicken essence, a little oil and an egg.
3
Cut the pepper in the middle and remove the seeds inside.
4
Cut the eggplant into about 1.5 pieces, not cut thoroughly, but connect it.
5
Put the mixed meat paste into the chili and the middle layer of the eggplant respectively.
6
A small amount of flour, beat the eggs, mix them into a sticky shape and wrap them on the outside of the eggplant.
7
Put the eggplant in the 6-step flour and roll it around and turn it into this.
8
Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it up. Put the prepared peppers in for about 10 minutes. The color changes and the skin becomes soft.
9
The eggplant is fried in the same way as peppers, but the eggplant I cut is a little thick, so it takes longer to fry it.
