Hey, hey, gizzards
Ge-e is a description of the "squeaking" sound that occurs when picking things in a sand pot. Many Cantonese people like to make Ge-e chicken. It's so fragrant. I only learned to make Ge-e gizzards and Ge-e chicken legs.

Steps for Hey, hey, gizzards

1
Materials.
2
Wash the cut flowers with gizzards and stir well with a little salt, wine and pepper.
3
Then put it in a pan and stir it up for later use.
4
Use ingredient (3) and a little sugar to fry in a small pot or pot until fragrant. Turn it a few times, not to fry for too long, it will easily scorch.
5
Put the earthen pot on the stove and heat it, add the oil after heating. Add the ginger, garlic, red onions, shredded onions, peppers, and chopped green onion in the oil, and stir for a few times.
6
When you smell the aroma, add the fried sauce, stir well, pour in the fried gizzards, and use a spoon to turn until fragrant; leave a few shredded onions and onion tails and add together.
7
Finally, add a few drops of cooking wine (I put brandy), add pepper rings, shredded onions, and onion tails, and turn them a few times.
8
Then use a spray can to spray on strong liquor. Strong liquor is the best. If you don't have a spray can, sprinkle a few drops, and then place the turnip on it. OK.
9
Finished product. With this dish, you can eat two big bowls of rice. I just forgot to buy coriander (coriander), so I pulled a few from the field. I grow the peppers myself.
