Stewed fried noodles in winter with oyster sauce

The famous dish is stewed in oyster sauce for two winter and used to stir-fry Udon noodles. It is very delicious. The stir-fried udon noodles are particularly smooth.

Steps for Stewed fried noodles in winter with oyster sauce

Shred mushrooms, bamboo shoots and carrots and blanch them in water.

Udon noodles are 80% cooked.

Shred chicken legs and blanch in water for later use.

Cut onions and garlic into diced pieces for later use. Shred cucumber and set aside.

Put the oil in the pan, saute the onions and garlic until fragrant, add the chicken and saute the water out.

Add winter bamboo shoots, mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry well, add oyster sauce and black pepper, add half a bowl of water, and simmer for five minutes.
