There are many ways to stop me from crying when cutting onions. To be honest, none of them are accurate. Unless it's once, you close your eyes while cutting onions. Hehe, the hand holding the knife is shaking very hard.
Even so, I still make this onion beef dish from time to time.
Put it in rice and serve rice with onion and beef; if you have more leisure time, you can buy another sesame seed cake and put it in the cake. I don't have to tell you the taste.
Of course, there are two conditions for this:
1. Don't use the kind of mutton boiled in bags for beef;2. Stir fry the onions until the oil is small and fragrant.
