Zhanjiang Noodle Soup
The authentic Zhanjiang soup noodle is made with a variety of pig offal, including pig heart, pig tongue, vermicelli sausage, and pig liver. Cut each ingredient into thin slices, blanch it with boiling water, add river soup to boil. The pork offal is original and tender. I personally like to eat it overdone, so I cooked it for 5 minutes.

Steps for Zhanjiang Noodle Soup

Materials are as shown in the picture.

Put proper amount of water in the pan and bring to a boil.

Put the vermicelli sausage and pork liver in the pan and cook for 5 minutes to clean the foam.

Add the rice noodles and cook for one minute intermittently to let the rice noodles are cooked.

After cooking, add appropriate amount of salt, taste, and season with chopped green onion.
