Stuffed loofah
By EliHerzog
I bought too much meat when making tofu, but I didn't finish stuffing it all. I had an idea and brewed the loofah. When the finished product came out, it tasted really good.

Steps for Stuffed loofah

1
Chop the pork with water-dried mushrooms and chopped green onion into a paste.
2
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, corn flour, and cooking oil to the chopped pork and stir it into a gel.
3
Peel the towel gourd and cut it into large oblique pieces, and use a spoon to dig holes for later use. (Don't dig through)
4
Fill the meat filling into the loofah holes.
5
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the loofah with the meat side down until the meat filling is slightly yellow.
6
When the meat filling is slightly yellow, turn the loofah over, fry the meatless side slightly, add a little broth, cover and simmer for five minutes.
