Cool mint pancake
Because a pile of wild mint suddenly appeared at home at some point, my father took the liberty of cutting the mint into a large piece of scrambled egg and ate it. The taste was choking... So I had a sudden idea and made this mint pancake from the leftover mint scrambled eggs ~ The first bite tasted quite weird, but... The more you eat, the more delicious it gets ~ Hehe ~ So it's posted ~ If you have a bunch of mint at home that you don't know where to go, then try this strange pancake ~

This is my lovely wild mint. I heard from my mother that it grows next to a friend's house. It is a wild vegetable and can also cure coughing ~ Hehe ~ As mentioned earlier, the taste of the first bite is a bit strange, but the second and third bites are so lovable ~ Hehe ~ Even my father said it was good, and my mother ate two by herself ~ Hehe ~ I was so happy ~ When I couldn't help it, I chose it as the first recipe I uploaded ~ Excited ~
  • Cool mint pancake Make Tips

    1. The batter can be a bit thicker than the one in my picture~ 2. Be sure to chop the mint very finely, otherwise it will be too pungent and won't be tasty~
