Anti-sand taro
By LoySchulist
I suddenly wanted to eat taro. I often order Wangwang taro in restaurants. After eating too much, I feel that the method is quite simple. I made this anti-sand taro today, which is similar to Wangwang taro. The practice is also very simple.

Steps for Anti-sand taro

1
Half of the taro, peeled, washed and cut into slices.
2
Put proper amount of oil in the pan.
3
Put the taro pieces in and fry them until done. (The fire cannot be too small, otherwise it will be too soft when fried. Of course, it cannot be too big and it will be scorched until it is inedible.)
4
Remove and place on a plate for later use.
5
Wash the pan, add 30-40ml of water, and add 35 grams of white sugar (adjust the amount of water and sugar depending on the amount of taro).
6
Cook until large blisters appear.
7
Pour in the fried taro and stir well.
8
Serve the pot and set the plate.
