Steps for Chinese cabbage with shrimp skin

Break the pakchoi, wash, drain and set aside.

In a hot pot, saute chives and ginger in hot oil, then add appropriate amount of shrimp skin and stir fry.

Pour in the cabbage and stir fry.

After frying the cabbage until soft, pour in a spoonful of oil consumption. The cabbage will easily water out.
