Oysters are also called fresh oysters. When I used to be at home, I liked this soup made by my mother most. The soup was very fresh and you could taste the sweetness of oysters. I am far away from home, so I can only do it myself. The oysters here are all soaked in water. The taste is incomparable to that of my hometown, but it can satisfy the cravings, so I will make do with it.

Steps for oyster soup

Main ingredients: Fresh oysters.
