stir-fried bracken with dried pork
By ColbyWyman
There are already a lot of bracken this season. You may have to pick them when you have time on weekends. The fresh ones can be stir-fried and eaten directly. If you dry them, you can stew the meat or use them when making braised pork. They taste very good.
