Steps for Spicy beef strip tendon

Soak the beef tendon in cold water for 2 hours and cook in a boiling pot for about 15 minutes.

Remove and let cool, and use a blade to remove the fascia.

Put the processed tendons into a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, onions, ginger, garlic, aniseed, and cooking wine. Cook for 40 minutes.

Cool the cooked beef tendon, cut it with a knife, and tear it into thin strips.

Cut into sections of about 2cm.

Put cooking oil in a wok and heat it up.

Add the cooked beef tendon.

Stir fry twice, add soy sauce, appropriate amount of sugar, chili noodles, pepper noodles, cumin grains, salt, and sesame seeds and stir fry well.
