Stewed tofu is very popular here in Gada. It is sold in stewed shops and food stalls. I don't know if it is Fujian cuisine because it is so common, but there are still some recipes. There are two methods. I am version 2. It's easy to try to cook it yourself, but it's not so full of ingredients. I rely on five-spice powder to support the appearance.

- North tofu North tofu
- pepper 30 capsules
- dried chili of 4
- star anise 4 capsules
- tea appropriate amount
- spiced powder appropriate amount
- onion 1 large paragraph
- Jiang 3 tablets
- salt 2 teaspoons
- soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- soy sauce 1 scoop
- white sugar 1 scoop
Steps for marinated tofu

Cut the tofu you bought into slices 0.5 cm thick and dry.

Heat the pan dry and add peanut oil.

Heat 70% of the oil and add the tofu slices.

Fry golden on both sides, remove and control oil for later use.

Prepare seasonings, pepper, tea, anise, and dried peppers.

Add water to the pan and add 5 seasonings.

Add soy sauce, light soy sauce and cooking wine.

Add onions, ginger and sugar. I think you can add brown sugar directly if you don't have too much soy sauce.

Add the fried tofu after boiling over high heat. It is best to leave the soup before the tofu. Cook for 5 minutes and turn to low heat for 10 minutes. Stop fire and simmer for 10 minutes.10
It's a pity to throw away the leftover soup. You can boil eggs and eat it.
