Steps for spicy chicken

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces of 1 cm square, and marinate with appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt (a small amount), soy sauce (a small amount), salad oil, a small amount of starch, and chopped green onion for 20 minutes to taste.
