Last time, I made a fried crispy meat, which was very delicious. This time, I made a salt-and-pepper hairtail in the same way. Haha, it is indeed very popular with my family. The cooking is the same as the fried crispy meat.

Steps for Salt and pepper hairtail

A hairtail, remove the internal organs, chop off the head, cut off the side fins, and wash.

Cut the cleaned hairtail into small pieces.

Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine and marinate for 1 hour.

Put flour, starch, and egg in a bowl.

Stir evenly into batter that can hold the slurry.

Pour the marinated hairtail into a bowl and evenly cover it with batter.

Pour more oil into the pan and heat it up.

Put the batter-wrapped fish into the pan and fry them in turn. Fry with medium to medium heat.

Fry until the surface is golden brown and remove.

Until all the fish are fried, then fry it again with high heat.
