Marinated mushroom dough knot
This vegetarian dish is excellent with rice. My mother-in-law used to cook it often and she liked it, so she learned to cook it. After several years of practice, this vegetarian dish was cooked to perfection by me.

  • Zizania two
  • soy sauce four teaspoons
  • sugar a spoonful
  • spiced powder appropriate amount
  • chicken essence appropriate amount

    Cut two pieces of water bamboo into small pieces;
