Marinated mushroom dough knot

This vegetarian dish is excellent with rice. My mother-in-law used to cook it often and she liked it, so she learned to cook it. After several years of practice, this vegetarian dish was cooked to perfection by me.

Three or two mushrooms dough knots for use;

Cut two pieces of water bamboo into small pieces;

Add oil in the pan and heat it 80% heat, add water to the rice bamboo and stir-fry for a while;
