Garlic scallop
After returning from Dalian, I made a plate of garlic scallops at home while the seafood had not been exhausted.
It took a lot of effort to buy scallops in the seafood market. They were either small or of low quality. In the end, I made do with buying them, but they were farmed.
Take it home for a simple cleaning, first soak it in salt water, let it spit out dirty things, and soak it repeatedly several times before spitting out completely. Then wash it thoroughly, especially the side you use
