Stuffed tofu with meat filling
By MoseFisher
Seeing everyone participating in the foodie themed competition with high enthusiasm, I was very envious. They usually get off work late and have no time to cook, let alone participate in the competition. If you have time, come up and see everyone's entries and learn from them. I haven't eaten tofu for a while. I happened to see the stall owner who used to sell brine tofu, so I bought a piece to make fermented tofu. It tastes salty and fresh, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Steps for Stuffed tofu with meat filling

1
Add soy sauce, salt, oil, cooking wine, and onions and ginger to mix well.
2
Cut the mushrooms and carrots into the minced meat, add them into the meat filling, and mix well.
3
Cut the tofu into 4cm square and 2.5cm thick pieces, and dig away the center part of the tofu pieces to form a concave shape without digging through.
4
Pour the mixed filling into the tofu and fill it up without filling too much, so that the tofu brewing is completed.
5
Heat the oil in the pan and add the tofu filling face down.
6
Color it, turn it over and fry the other side.
7
Saute the chives with a little oil, add oyster sauce, add half a bowl of water to boil, and add the fried tofu.
8
Turn to low heat and simmer until delicious, and collect the juice and serve.
