By KennySchoen
This is the second dish today. I hope it can be released normally, because I don't think it will be copied and it will not involve prohibited pictures. If these two dishes are released successfully, I will release one dish every day if I have time in the future. Let everyone's obsession cook yourself.

Steps for Stewed tofu with small yellow croaker
1
Remove the scales, cut the belly, and remove the gills of the small yellow croaker, and pour some vinegar on the small yellow croaker to remove the fishy smell. Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside.2
Put oil in the pan. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, add green onions, ginger and garlic to stir-fry. When the aroma overflows, add bean paste and hot pot ingredients to stir-fry. After the hot pot ingredients are melted, add cold water. The amount of cold water reaches the amount of 6 small yellow croakers. Then add soy sauce, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, and sugar in turn. Then put the small yellow croakers and tofu into the pan. After cooking, add green pepper sections, and take out of the pan.
