A friend of mine doesn't like pork liver, but he likes it after eating my dish. I hope his friend will come and give it a try.

    Slice the green and red peppers, shred the ginger, and cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

    Wash the pork liver, slice it thinly, and marinate with sugar, salt, chicken essence, corn flour, pepper paste, and shredded ginger for 15 minutes.
