stir-fried dried shredded

This is a dish I learned from Lao Yang, our gourmand. Cut the dried tofu into shreds, stir-fry it until it is dry and fragrant, and it is very enjoyable to eat with porridge!

Steps for stir-fried dried shredded

Cut the garlic into pieces, cut the dry red pepper into small pieces, pepper, and chopped peanuts together for later use.

Cut the shallots into small pieces and place in a separate container.

Cut lean meat into small strips and set aside.

Wash the dried tofu and cut it into thin threads. (The one I bought is too fragile, some of them are broken, wuwu...)

Heat the pan with appropriate amount of oil, add the shredded pork and stir fry until the shredded pork changes color, add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Put 1 of the prepared ingredients into the pan and stir fry until the garlic aroma is fragrant.

Add the shredded dried tofu and add the right amount of salt.

Use chopsticks to stir fry until the dried tofu shreds become dry and fragrant.

Add the prepared shallots and appropriate amount of chicken essence, stir fry for a few times and serve.
