Steps for Nanjian tofu

Cut the tofu into thin rectangular slices and place it on a plate for later use.

Put the tofu into a pan and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.

Scrape it out and put it into a plate for later use.

Leave a little base oil in the original pan and stir the pan with green onions, ginger and garlic.

Add the fresh soup, add the tofu, add the refined salt, monosodium glutamate, white sugar and vinegar.

Change to low heat and simmer until the soup is almost exhausted.
