Steps for Banggupan pickled cabbage

500g of stick bones, 300g of pickled cabbage, green onion and ginger.

Put cold water into the pan, add the stick bones, bring to a boil, and cook for two minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Remove and rinse well for later use.

Add water to the pan, add shredded ginger, and add the spare bone.

After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.

Add pickled cabbage and shredded green onion.

After boiling, simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and MSG.

Serve immediately after being taken out of the pan.
