Fried egg vermicelli

I miss the fried vermicelli near the school in the past. I haven't eaten it for a long time. Today, in order to satisfy my cravings, I made a plate myself. It tasted good.

Steps for Fried egg vermicelli

Put oil in the pan and heat it up.

Add the eggs and leave them to solidify.

Add pepper, chopped garlic and chopped green onion, and saute until fragrant.

The meat was cut into shreds. I was not good at cutting, so I cut it into cubes.

Pour the shredded pork into the pan and stir fry.

After frying until the meat is basically cooked, add the eggs.
