Spicy Grilled Fish Head
Because I took out the casserole and washed it before making it, it was too slippery and couldn't hold the lid. It fell on the ground and cracked. I thought of trying it with an electric rice cooker. I didn't expect it to really make it. It's very fragrant!!

Steps for Spicy Grilled Fish Head

1
Cut up minced ginger and garlic (to pickle fish), ginger and garlic slices (to pad the bottom of the pot), shredded green onions, and chili powder. Set aside.
2
When you buy the fish head, ask the store to help you split it and wash it after taking it home. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, pepper, and minced ginger and garlic, and marinate for about 15 minutes.
3
Don't worry about it when marinating the fish head. Go and soak the vermicelli.
4
Shred onions. (Cut the onions in half and soak them in water for a while to make them less spicy.)
5
Pour a little more oil into the pan, drain the marinated fish and fry it in the pan. (If novices are afraid of sticking to the skin, they can pat the fish head with a layer of powder).
6
Fry it until golden brown and then take it out of the pan to control the oil.
7
Take a clean bowl and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt and sugar, paprika powder, and a little chicken essence, and mix well.
8
Add half a teaspoon of oil to the inner liner of the electric rice cooker to moisten the pan, and add the chopped ginger and garlic slices.
9
Add the shredded onions.
10
Then add the fried fish head.
11
Remove the vermicelli soaked in water and drain it, cover it on the fish head, pour the mixed sauce on it, cover it, and cook for about 8 minutes. (The specific time depends on the size and power of the rice cooker in the children's shoes.)
12
When there is a crackling sound in the pan, cook for another minute or so before unplugging the power. Then put the shredded green onions in and cover it. Then simmer for about 5 minutes and you can take it out and serve.Spicy Grilled Fish Head Make Tips
