Steps for Tofu with onion flavor

Add water to the pan and bring to a boil, turn off the heat, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and add tofu to soak for 5 minutes. (The tofu cracked when taken out)

Peel, wash and slice the garlic, and chop the ginger and green onions into minced ground.

Put the soy sauce, sesame oil, white sugar, salt, and chicken essence into a small bowl and mix well with a little water to make a flavored juice for later use.

Remove the tofu, drain the water, and press into a paste with a spoon.

Add oil in the pan and cook until it is 50% hot, then saute the garlic slices, green onions and shredded ginger until fragrant.

Add in the tofu paste and stir fry well.

Pour in the mixed sauce and stir-fry until the water dries. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
