Steps for Steamed pork with mushroom

Ingredients: Minced pork, ginger, garlic, onion, mushroom, egg seasoning: oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder

Add seasonings and marinate for at least 1 hour. (I marinate overnight) Add other ingredients except the eggs into the minced meat and drain well.
