Steps for Curry hairy crab

Slice the ginger and cut the onions for later use (see Figures 1 and 2).

Wash the hairy crabs, peel off their shells for later use (see Figure 3).

Pour the oil into the pan and heat the oil for later use (see Figure 4).

Saute ginger slices and spring onions until fragrant, then add crabs and stir fry (see Figure 5).
