custard
By LeopoldoJast
After my father-in-law turned the vegetable garden on the top floor of his house (used to grow vegetables) into a chicken shed, he ate fresh eggs every day at home. Pure natural eggs are delicious. I have never liked to eat eggs. I often use eggs to cook food (mainly convenience, hehe).
Recipe Recommendations

- oil appropriate amount
Steps for custard

1
Chop pork belly into pieces and set aside.
2
Season with salt, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, and oil, spread on a plate and flatten with a spoon.
3
Two eggs (one is double yellow), add a little salt and oil.
4
Beat the eggs evenly, add the same amount of warm water as the eggs and stir well in one direction.
5
Pour the stirred egg mixture into a plate covered with meat.
6
Sprinkle with shredded dried spring onions.
7
Seal the plate with plastic wrap. (This is a critical step, and the same goes for using other plate covers. The eggs will be smooth and tender.)
8
Put on a steamer and steam for 15 minutes. (It won't be steamed until it's covered with plastic wrap)
9
The delicious steamed eggs are ready.
